  Barnant Ponndorf Industrial Hose Pumps

Water Treatment Pumps

Caustic chemicals can safely be added to waste effluent treatment. These pumps ensure accurate dosing of sensitive treatment programs where too much or too little can cause a complete failure of the process.

PX and PX/2 Series:
-
Metering, transfer, self-priming, and low-pulsation models.
- Flow capacities are available up to 12.5 m3/hr (55 GPM) for single hose and up to 24.5 m3/hr (108 GPM) with our unique dual hose design.
- Dry running design provides long tubing life and prevents system contamination should the hose ever rupture.

PDX and PDX/2 Series:
- Metering, transfer, self-priming, and low-pulsation models.
- Flow capacities are available up to 4.0 m3/hr (18 GPM) for single hose and up to 6.7 m3/hr (29 GPM) with our unique dual hose design.

  MJK Pump Controllers

MJK pump controllers come with either ultrasonic or hydrostatic level sensors, and are very suitable for monitoring and control of levels in tanks and reservoirs.

They provide many advanced functions like pump alternation over time, counting of starts and running hours for each pump, calculation of pump flow and integrated communication capability to SCADA systems.

Controller 701
Pump Controller 701 is a compact unit for level control of 1 pump and 1 alarm or for 2 pumps in alternating service. Pump Controller 701 is supplied either complete with sensor and cable bracket or as a separate unit.
Specification | Manual

Controller 703
The 703 Pump Controllers is used where two pumps or valves with two alarms need to be controlled between adjustable levels. The MJK 703 Pump Controller is delivered with either an ultrasonic sensor or a hydrostatic transmitter.
Specification

Controller 704
The 704 Pump Controller can be used to control up to 4 pumps or valves between adjustable levels.Functions for control, alarm, indication and flow calculation are selectable. The MJK 704 Pump / Level Controller is delivered with either an ultrasonic sensor or a hydrostatic transmitter.
Specification | Manual

Controller 712
ConTroller 712 is a compact unit for control of 2 pumps or valves with optional alternation and also an alarm output. ConTroller 712 can control 1 or 2 pumps by means of level electrodes and a timer. The pumps is started when the level reaches the start electrode, and is stopped either when the level goes below the stop electrode or after runout of a timer.
